eb54f6a23a
Instead of re-execing mmdebstrap under /bin/sh, use Text::ParseWords::shellwords 
- saves a few PIDs
 - saves a bit of time because useless exec and fork is avoided
 - allows to run in pivoted chroots without mmdebstrap
