A video content management system using Perl for the backend and XML and XSLT for the frontend. Video playback is provided by Fluendo's Cortado Java applet.

Installation
============

You will need to install following packages prior to using Yolanda:
apache2
apache2-mpm-prefork
libapache2-mod-perl2
libcgi-session-perl
libdbi-perl
libxml-simple-perl
libproc-daemon-perl
libdigest-sha-perl
libnet-openid-consumer-perl
libio-socket-ssl-perl
liblwpx-paranoidagent-perl
mysql-server
ffmpeg
ffmpeg2theora 

You will also need one of the following java packages for playback purposes:
sun-java6-plugin
sun-java5-plugin
j2re1.4-mozilla-plugin

Important: The GNU java implementation does not seem to work with Cortado yet.

Launch the worker script (daemon.pl).
